The water in a pool provides resistance for the movement of chest muscles, like weight bearing exercise, and back and abdominal muscles are developed through the coordination of the movement of the arms and legs in the water. The development of chest, back and stomach muscles allows for the breast to be held higher and more erect. Further, swimming burns a lot of calories, slimming the waist and causing breasts to appear larger by comparison. Of course, it can’t hurt to incorporate weight training and stretching exercises – the better a woman feels, the better she looks.

Hormone treatment involves increasing the amount of estrogen and progesterone in the body.
